Unity update for Windows executable

The Windows download for Side Job Steve has been updated to a new version of Unity to address a potential security vulnerability. No changes to the game were made aside from this change.

Due to this, previous versions of the Windows executable are no longer available for download. If you encounter an issue with this new Windows download version, you can still play the Web version which isn't affected and therefore wasn't updated.
